• Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) affects 1 in 10 women and is one of the leading causes of infertility, yet it remains severely underdiagnosed — with up to 70% of affected women never receiving a formal diagnosis.

  • Solving for PCOS can feel like a puzzle. When women with undiagnosed PCOS symptoms aren’t taken seriously, it leaves them feeling invisible and dismissed— they actively seek spaces, tools, and communities that validate their experiences and legitimize their struggles.

    OBSERVATIONS

    • 36.5% of PCOS lookalike are among the top mobile gaming enthusiasts

    • 28.1% of PCOS lookalikes fall within the top ranks for internet research preference

    • 8.9% rank in the top segment for online magazine/newspaper subscriptions

  • Unpuzzle PCOS is an awareness campaign that encourages women to identify the symptoms of PCOS for themselves through interactive puzzles and games, empowering them to have more informed conversations with their doctors.

While most awareness campaigns simply inform, we aimed to engage. Through interactive games, we created an experience that empowered women to recognize the symptoms and effects of PCOS firsthand.
